She actually can use the power of her Garnet Orb to alter the flow of time, but to do so entails a punishment of which no one knows the full extent

T.T Thanks! <33333 I'm trying but I don't think people are getting that sailor Pluto has the darkest skin of the scouts. Next week, I may just try stilettos and lighter skin.
