Venger, the Force of Evil
The antagonist of the 80s show "Dungeons and Dragons" is an evil wizard seeking the children's magical weapons. He has one horn and a vampirish look. His minions are a nightmare and the Shadow Demon, his spy. Venger's voice is deep and has reverberation. An enemy he fears/cannot defeat is the dragon Tiamat. Venger's master is "He Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken" and he has more than 1000 years.
