The expression, eyes, and overall green is good. You're missing the bud, though. That's crucial for Ivysaur. This looks a bit closer to its pre-evo, Bulbasaur, since it has no flower. The Grunny is unnecessary, so are the clovers and tree.
To be honest, with the Grunny at your side, you look like you're trying to be a humanized one.
