So this time, Raivis Galate alias Latvia from Axis powers hetalia :3
He usually is shaking all the time (becouse he has traumas of Russia D:) and if you stop it, he'll die (as Estonia saw in one comic XD)

- I thought that Latvia was shakeing so much he died of fear. 8l I also thought he stopped shakeing when Russia wasn't there but I haven't read all the comics so~ 9 3 9 I kinda feel like he should be crying on the avatar XD I guess he doesn't look as scared in the avitar. sorry if I sound mean and stuff I'm just makeing sugestions for your cosplay DX and also it wouldn't hurt to create a sepirate guy account so Latvia looks like a guy. I did that with with my Japan and HRE~...I'll shut up now sry
