Cirno is an ice fairy.
Although she's weak from the players' perspective, she is one of the strongest of her kind in Gensokyo. Her hobby is freezing frogs and watching them revive as they thaw, but she tends to shatter them instead by accident.
She is often called "⑨" by fans, and the character "⑨" is regarded as a symbol of "Baka" (Stupid)

I've waited for a LONG time to see a Cirno cosplay pop up. No one ever does Touhou cosplays D:
Anyways, I love it! But you could've used the "Chuu" eyes and a shirt with poofy sleeves.
