This is Mion Sonozaki, head of the Sonozaki family. She has a twin sister, Shion. She is from the anime Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.
I tried to give her a black undershirt...but it wouldn't layer correctly.
In the ref pic Mion's eyes appear to be grey..but in the anime her eyes are actually green. - Date: 12/15/2009
