Subject is female, approx. 20 Y.O.
Found in an alley way, North End.
Cause of death: Pulmonary edema; Secondary: Virus Z; approx. April 2013
Cause of death: Gunshot wound to head; 05-06-2013
Reanimated in April. Origin unknown. Subject shows several bite wounds to the arms and legs, a bullet wound in the torso, and in the head. Left eye is missing. Bandages cover old wounds, presumably cared for before succumbing.
Recommendation: Take samples and burn remains.
