- Thanks >w< the horse is because he rode one in two openings and in one episode of the anime, the red background is to symbolize Japan, the buildings because he's a megalomaniac, and the rose petals just cuz I thought it improved the overall image >u< There is a similar mask, but I find that it doesn't really look right (it's nightmare)
