She made her first appearance in Sailor Moon S episode 112 as Chibiusa's friend. In her human form her name is Hotaru Tomoe and is weak/ill having seizures. In her human form she has strange powers of healing. In her Senshi form she has the power to destroy a planet bringing along her death upon using that power!
Now shhh~ she has awakened!
