Description:
Portgas D ace is not blood related to luffy but is considered blood by him. Ace is the user of the devil fruit "Mera mera no mi fruit" best described as plain and simple "Fire". Ace was recruited by white beard and quickly became the second division commander for the whit beard pirates.
(The scene i'm doing here is from episode 95 of the one piece anime where ace lays waste to pirate ships following the straw hats at Nanohana)
