This is great!
I love the item you've used for her sleeves, I haven't seen that used that before on any of the Sailor Moon cosplays, may I ask what item that is?
Also, for her Odango's, I feel you could've improvised with that a little and possibly used a headband with pink cat ears on it, I believe there is an item like that.
