Ah, yes, Wendy (or the Princess Of The Red Rose), one of the main antagonist in the survial horror game "Rule Of Rose". Rule of Rose is one of the best video games I have ever played. It's beautiful, has a great story, amazing characters, an interesting plot, and cool enimes/antagonists. This costume is based on the red dress she wore towards the end of the game, after she had killed Brown.
