- Description: SPOILER: Sayaka Soul Gem turns into a grief seed, turning her into a witch. She tries to save her along with Madoka who tries to speak. Later Homura shows up and because it is getting dangerous she takes Madoka away. Kyouko undoes her ponytail hair and lets it undone. She has multiple scratches on her face and arm and begins to pray. Doing so purple energy emits from her body and she resumes standing and holds her spear and destroys her soul gem killing her and Oktavia within a giant explosion.
