Axel is the eighth member of the group known as Org. XIII. He took it upon himself to teach Roxas, his best friend, about his own personal humanity, despite not having a heart of their own. Axel, along with Xion and Roxas, usually spent their time after work, having sea salt ice cream on top of the train station tower.
