The investigator started to move towards the wreckage. Pietro knew it was now or never. He turned off the safety on his guns and pointed it at the investigator. "DON'T MOVE, MY GOOD SIR." Pietro yelled, "I am also tired of playing games with you. So I am ready to play my final game with you."

He's cosplaying Pietro, a character from one of Gaia's EIs.
That said, having a reference image is important for non-book entries in the cosplay arena, and the character doesn't really exist beyond that one item... Not entirely sure how people feel about gaia-centric cosplays; you might be better off in Originals after all? - Report As Spam
