When Minako first became a Sailor Senshi, she took on the alias of Sailor V.
Ref 1 & 2- The outfit I'm cosplaying.
Ref 3- The face I used and a ref for Artemis (Milk the Cat!)
Ref 4- For the background.
I used a skirt/bloomer combo instead of the Flashion skirt because I thought it looked brighter and better. The new Chunky heels also look better than the Flashion shoes imo.
I used Celestial Soldier for the arm guard things, they're a bit hard to see but they're there! - Date: 02/23/2014

- The shoes aren't wrong people. Stop nitpicking unless you can suggest a better pair of dark blue ankle strap heels other than the Flashion shoes.

- They're still heels, not flats. emotion_sweatdrop And I'm cosplaying the outfit in pics 1 & 2. The other two were just references for her with Artemis and a background.
