Description:
Litchi Faye-Ling is a doctor who lives in Orient Town. She was once a member of Sector Seven until a man by the name of Lotte Carmine, a man of great importance to Litchi, became the creature known as Arakune. Litchi seeks to restore Arakune to his former self by any means necessary.
Litchi fights with her staff, Matenbō, an ordinary staff. However, thanks to the panda on her head, Lao Jiu, Litchi can manipulate the properties of her staff to attack her foes. - Date: 04/13/2014

- @Knight: Well her ponytail is tied to the side. It doesn't come from the back of her head. It's more so Lao Jiu can be seen.
