The "Flower Girl" in Final Fantasy Tactics. I couldn't find to many good references other than a drawing by an artist/cosplayer named Adella. The reference is a screenshot from the game I don't think there is any official character art of her. Below is a link to the drawing by Adella for a more detailed look at the character. (Because I'm not smart enough to do a slideshow style picture.)
