Description:
She is the queen of the Moon kingdom over 1,000 years ago. Her loyal advisers are Luna the black cat and Artemis the white cat. She is the mother of Princess Serenity and gave her life up so that her people could reincarnate and live on Earth in hopes for the people of the Moon and Earth could be at peace with each other. I wanted the background colors to match the reference image.
P.S. The Doctor could not stop the destruction of the Moon Kingdom because it was a set point in time. - Date: 06/30/2014

- i like this quite a lot. i'm so relieved to see you used something different than the other hair most serenity/moon cosplays have. the background is a great touch

- I was going to equip my Crescent Moon Wand but I thought it was overkill. Also, I know that Sailor Moon related avatars are really frequent in the arena but I wanted to put mine up to see how it fares as well as get some constructive criticism.
