Naoko Takeuchi drew inspiration from haute couture and has featured many of her characters in clothes by Dior, LaCroix, Chanel, and in this case, Mugler.
This is my absolute favorite drawing of Hotaru!

- Very nice. Naoko was very into fashion and it's so interesting just exploring the characters in such beautiful pieces. A unique touch to the Sailor Moon cosplays in this arena.
