Fetch is a conduit that has the neon manipulation power, She began targeting drug dealers for what they had done to her and Brent. She later encountered Delsin Rowe, and became an ally, helping him take down the DUP's director, Brooke Augustine alongside another Conduit and ally, Eugene Sims.
