Neopolitan, or Neo for short, is a major antagonist in RWBY. She is completely mute, but does giggle on ocassion.
She is the devoted partner to Roman Torchwick. After his death, she wears his bowler hat. Her primary weapon is a modified umbrella that houses a concealed blade. Her semblance, Overactive Imagination, allows Neo to create convincing illusions including, but not limited to, clones of herself that can attack her foes and disguises. - Date: 05/07/2023
