It is associated with a desire of merchants to take advantage of particularly heavy Christmas-related shopping before Halloween. This little character personifies how Christmas infiltrates Halloween. I combined X-mas colors with a Halloween theme to create the subtle commercialization on how retailers get people to think about X-mas.

- I work in a retail sore called walgreens and i can see what you mean by that, we had christmas set up on the risers one week before Halloween night. i cant remember the last christmas i had with my family where someone didnt whine about who's present was better then the others >.<
