This is Hinata Hyuuga [from Naruto] in her festive outfit. She got the Magical Girl outfit as a gift from Naruto and wears it every Christmas year. Animals, of various kinds, gather around her and adore her style. Even the piggy with a Heart of Gold adorns her head.
But don't think that just cause she's dressed up that she can't still hold her own in battle. Cause she has far more places to hide weapons than meets the eye.

Strange, random, and with the new blank eyes on
the MCs, you could do much better with the eyes to
make it a decent cosplay with a twist. If you
could make the base more accurate (including the
eyes) and drop a bit of the randomness (Piggy,
Phee-Chan, and bunny ears), it would be better. - Report As Spam
