Many assume Steampunk is all neutral colors, typically black and brown. This is not true. In fact, any Victorian color will fit the scene. Another common combo is black pink together.
Reference pic is just a sample of some feminine Steampunk items.
I have pics of outfits with brown with pink combo, but I'm unable to locate them.

- You had something great cookin' before you put on the space consuming dress and failed to put pink in your head and chest. Your hat doesn't match your dress, there is a hint of blue in your clock and your staff is lighter than the other browns.
