Actually, in Andromeda (the Sci-Fi channel TV show, not the ACTUAL constellation) celestial bodies such as moons, stars, planets, and even black holes had 'Avatars', which were the physical/humanoid embodiments of them. They would have appropriately colored skin too- Avatars of Stars would have Orangy skin, Avatars of Moons would have silvery-blue skin, and Avatars of Black Holes had pale skin and wore all black.
