They can also be found in art, such as Johannes Vermeer’s masterpiece, “Girl with the Pearl Earring”.
If this avatar were to be a painting, it’d have an open oyster near the bottom of the page with the sea’s waves flinging the pearl into the air.
I was inspired by the painting "The Great Wave of Kanagawa".
