My name is Aang and I’m the avatar. I am 12 years old and the only surviving Air Nomad. I was born at the Southern Air Temple and lived there until I ran away after hearing the monks talking about sending me away to complete my airbending training. After I left, there was a storm, and me and Appa, my flying bison, were pushed under the sea. 100 years later, I woke up in Katara's arms. Katara, Sokka, and Toph are going to help me to defeat the Firelord, and save the world.
