An ex pirate, this Captain wanders the desert during her (or perhaps "his" because of the mustache? .__o) retirement from pillaging and plundering.
But the desert is a dry place, as you can imagine, so this retired pirate keeps a mask in handy for the frequent sandstorms. Goggles protect her eyes from blowing sand, and the cane is both a support and a weapon used to fight other nomadic pirates.
