This is Serenity's hired gun, named "Jayne Cobb" from the TV show FireFly.
Accompanying him in this entry is his favorite gun, "Vera." Granted, she doesn't actually look much like Vera, but she nicely hides the braid portions of the beard.
But, I imagine the two of them would still get along quite well. Jayne is quite a collector of powerful guns, of course, that comes with the territory of being a hired gun.
