This is a terrible outfit (thank you Gaia for not having a decent selection of clothing) of a lovable, yet hardly seen, character from the popular 2001 TV series Invader Zim.
RoboMom is a creation of the Irken alien, Zim, to make him appear more human by having parents. However, the RoboParents are often malfunctioning and causing more trouble.
