The '?' is because it's not a traditional genie..

- Hey hon, make sure you have confidence in your submission! Having that "?" makes us question your submission an how much you care. You also want to have a good description, either a story or what you were trying to accomplish. The colors are fun but everything is very Halloween, so maybe you can include a pumpkin in there and some fog and make her a pumpkin genie or something! Remember to have fun and don't be shy <3 Sep.
