I was inspired by chocolate and ballet, which explains use of the ballerina bottom and the brown tones you see. I used all colors to enhance and bounce off each other, creating a nice balance.
Also, there's a tiny red jewel on the bottom of the sword. I wanted to make that stand out more with a red ribbon. I don't know if that had the intended effect. I would love constructive criticism and any comments you may have. - Date: 02/07/2011
