My name is Nicole but you can call me Nikki. I am 26 years old and a stay at home mom of 2 (for now). I was a Military Police Officer in the Army for 5 years. I was medically discharged in 2005 and I still miss being in the Army. I have just been excepted into the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program and am supposed to start in September. I am so excited and can't wait to be a chef.<br />
I have a 5 year old son named Elliott and he is starting school this year. I have a 3 year old daughter named Mackenzie and she takes after me (she got my mean streak). I can't believe how time flies by after you have kids. I love my babies and couldn't imagine my life without them.<br />
