My name is Michael, I'm 20 years old and I come from Poland. I used to have account here before (who remember Nikoru Takashi from Halcyon Wings remembers me). Im support engineer and first line analyst, my job is to answer the phone and log a calls from whole Great Britain and log them on a computer. If I cannot solve issue my duty is to assign call to revelant team. I have a dog named Boris. He's only 1 year old and he is lovely.
