Okay, okay. After having a profile on this site for a good four years now, I think I'm actually going to try to write something here. You know, about myself. Introduce you a little bit to the workings of mi vida. I hadn't written anything on my profile before because I thought that nobody would care to read it, but then I realized something: I read the "about me" sections of other people's profiles, and actually find it to be sort of helpful. I suppose it's nice for the people who like to know a bit about who they're dealing with, and for the people who don't care... well, it's not like I'm inconveniencing them.<br />

Starting with the basics: <br />

You can go ahead and call me Kayla. ; ) I call Minnesota my home. I'm seventeen years old, and am finishing up my last year of high school. I'm... blonde, and not very tall, just barely surpassing the midget mark at 5'1". I get made fun of for being short a lot. Yeah, well. <br />

Did you know that if you use blond as an adjective, you spell it "blond" to describe a guy and "blonde" to describe a girl? And if you're using it as a noun, like "the blonde," then it's spelled with an e. The more you know~! Sorry, that was random.<br />

'Eeeey. if you don't want to read any of that stuff down there *points to the massive block of text below* then here's a summary: I like to draw, roleplay, and I'm learning Spanish. To me, Spanish basically equals sex. I'm a Christian, but hey, I like to roleplay gay couples. I don't judge. ;3 I like to watch Psych and Criminal minds, which are awesome. Shawn Spencer is sexy, and Reid is adorable. My tastes in music vary; I'll listen to everything from Finish folk music to salsa to country western to pop and dance and then back again. If you like to RP, then you should read that part below I have labeled as such. If you're still interested, then you should drop me a line! <br />

Art: I really enjoy drawing, especially with people as the subject. Lately, I've been moving away from the Anime style I once called my own, and am now focusing on something a little more realistic. I still enjoy drawing chibis though--they're cute and little and easy, I just can't resist! I love cartoon characters, and animation fascinates me. You know who my favorite animators are? The ones who did Avatar: The Last Airbender. Have you seen the backgrounds in that show? They're like... fine art-worthy! And the character designs are so believable, I just.... sdlfkajse! /endrant You should totally check out my DA<br />

Role Play: Yeaaaah, I basically live for this stuff. I'm addicted. Like, kind of a lot. And I guess I'm pretty decent at it, too, so if you're interested.... ;D I really enjoy me some good ol' guy on guy, but I'm also a fan of heterosexual relationships. I'm not the biggest fan of roleplaying lesbians, and I'm not sure why; maybe it's because I've always preferred writing the guy, and in a girlxgirl type situation, there is no guy. I promise, I have no problems whatsoever with girls who like girls. Hey, I don't judge. I generally write between two and four paragraphs per post, and am pretty flexible with the subject. I also like to do extensive research into my character. I know way more about Kiruna, Sweden and the Spanish monarchy than I'll probably ever need to. Spanish: I pretty much think it's the sexiest thing in existence. If you speak Spanish, then in my eyes, you just gained like fifty sexy points. I'm currently learning it, and loving every second. I think I listen to more music in Spanish than in my native language. If you think you could help me practice, please, PM me. If you currently reside/have resided in a Spanish-speaking country, I'd love to hear about what it's like there! I love learning about things like language, culture and... stuff. <br />

Anime: I haven't actually been too into this lately. The two that have stuck with me through the years are Fullmetal Alchemist and Hetalia: Axis Powers. If you're interested in discussing either of these with me, then by golly, PM me! Or comment, whichever! My favorite APH pairings/groups are: Spamano, FrancexSpain, AmericaxRussia, USUK, SpainxPrussia, anything to do with the bad friends trio, CanadaxAmerica, and yeah. I felt the need to put that info there. It's important, right? <br />

Cosplay: I cosplay Fem Sweden and Edward Elric (the one in the middle with the red coat).<br />

Music: Three words: All Time Low. I love those guys. I'm also a big fan of bands like Cobra Starship and The Cab. They make me smile. <3 My guilty pleasure is Taylor Swift (don't hate me! *cringes* Sometimes I'm in the mood for romantic fluff!). There are also quite a few Spanish bands I like: Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, and Chino y Nacho are just a few. :3 Oh. And don't forget the incredibly cute Swedish singer Eric Saade, who, I guess, sings in English.<br />

Places on the internet where I like to spend time:<br />
Charlieissocoollike -- This is a cute, nerdy British guy who says amusing things sometimes. Charlie is actually quite popular on youtube, and has managed to make a living making videos. His more entertaining videos are his older ones, so if you want to check him out, I suggest just typing "charlieissocoollike" into the youtube searchbar and watching the first few videos that show up. :3 I actually have one of his videos on this profile about understanding teenage boys. <br />
Scandinavia and the World -- This gal's "humon" on deviantart. These comics are also pretty popular on the web. ;3 They're characters that represent the different Nordic countries, and they depict different international events/historical facts. It's interesting, and her sense of humor is wonderful. xD I highly suggest checking this out. <br />
Neils -- This is another website by the above person. It's another comic she does about a bisexual Danish crimelord in a three-way relationship. It's interesting. I strongly recommend having a look.<br />
