    I am a normal man.
    In a dark world,
for I have no eyes to see.

    Every time I am outside
    All I feel is darkness,
and the icy chill of rain.

It hardens my spine and shivers my body,
In my heart, there is nothing but an sharp
    pain.
The pain is raw, and that’s what starts the ache.

A man is walking near by.
His face is drenched and body bent.
Does he know that I am blind?

    My body shakes and shivers,
but in my heart there is a quivering pain.
But the pain is raw and that’s what starts the ache!

The man turns to me, and suddenly I can see a white flash.
And when he speaks he says,
“This is not where you belong!”
Then I realize that I have a burdened heart,
    Suddenly I die.

Then the aching pain is gone,
    and I can see.
There are no shivers down my spine
and my body no longer shudders
Finally in my heart the pain is gone.

    A man was walking by.
His face was drenched and his body bent.
He knew that I was blind

My body no longer shakes and shivers,
My heart doesn’t have an aching quiver.
There is no pain to start the ache!

For I was in the valley of death,
    Wandering around in the dark
Now I been pushed into the light for my second chance
    I am alive!
