My Everlasting Friend

• Description: I wrote this poem in grade 6, so take it easy. It's pretty simple but for some weird reason, I love it! I wrote it for my best friend and me. And suprisingly she's not excatly my best friend any more, but at the time, we were inseparable. Hope you like it. Feel free to post comments. :)

I have an everlasting friend,
A hand to lend,
Memories to share,
She always cares.

The hot summer heat beating down,
Playful laughter,
Never a frown,
Eat cake after.

Sharing the secrets that we know.
