I'm ready to die
as my heart cries
for the loss
of the one I loved

I'm ready to die
as my heart bleeds
sorrows and pain
I cannot bear

I'm ready to die
as my heart breaks
shattered to pieces
scattered and lost

I'm ready to die
as my heart is not whole
a piece is missing
the piece I gave you

I'm ready to die
there is no use
in me being here
broken in despair

try making them rhyme a lil' more.......that aughta do the trick

The only pattern is the repetition of the first line, the rest of it follows no pattern and makes the entire thing disjointed.
Needs more work.
