• Some Days

    Looking back to the past,
    I knew it wasn't right,
    Reasons raced through my mind,
To such, we used to fight.

I was longing for some love,
But you didn't care to show,
    Did my feelings matter?
    I may never know.

I have this will inside of me,
    That wishes to rewrite,
    An ending that truly fits
    Into a more pleasant sight.

    I am waiting restlessly,
    Until your faith returns,
    None can save me,
But your touch that I so badly yearn.

    Some days, I hope,
So I carry 'round these charms,
For you to one day return,
    To me with open arms.

Without you, I have no strength,
    No will to carry on,
Thus no sleep do I get,
'Wake past the crack of dawn.

    So here and now,
    I turn to say,
    Will you forgive me?
    Perhaps some day...
