I watched him pass me by,
one too many times.
I've watched him pass me by,
a smile like that should be a crime.
I've watched him come my way,
wink and go away.
I've watched him leave me be,
I've watched him give me space,
but he just doesn't know how much courage it really takes.
Little does he really know;
how deep in love I have fallen.
I dream of scenes in the snow,
it would never matter,
friend or foe,
whoever he was;
as long as he was mine,
our souls would forever be intertwined.
We would hold hands,
sing of the days,
cry to each other,
our paths one maze.
And I'm still trying,
more than he knows,
how much I could only wish,
that he would confess;
in hand a white rose.
love would be so easy for him to express.
He has given me signals,
he has shared his thoughts.
But is it friendly or a sign of love?
His cover up or mine must be taut.
But just for one single kiss,
what I would do.
How I would respond,
to this damned perfect bliss.

Description:
A true story;
I really have fallen deeply in love with my best friend.
But he doesn't know,
and I honestly have no clue of what to do.
But only;
if only it was as easy as it was to say;
To go up to him and confess.
But he doesn't know how much it takes to do that. . .
It's not a good poem;
horrible, actually.
May as well have stopped rhyming, it does nothing.
Anyways, I just had to put this somewhere.
My love for him,
how easy I wish it would be to express. . . - Date: 02/03/2009
