just rain.
Pounding on city benches,
softening the wood.
Drenching the citizens coats,
people hiding in their buildings.
Dripping down slightly cracked windows,
moons trying to smile.
Darkening the rocks,
shifting, shaping.
Giant black gray clouds
blocking out the midnight sun.

- good, but remember to capitalize each new line. really its just technical stuff that's off target. otherwise, really good metaphors and imagery and such.
