Demeter a goddess, ha a great daughter,
but the kind of the underworld happily sought her.
While she was picking a flower,
the Earth shook with such great power.
She started to worry her daughter was missing,
so she set out, instead of reminiscing.
She had eaten the food of the dead,
and now lay rest on top of her bed.
The grain rotted and fruit was falling,
after a while, the great Zeus came a calling.
Demeter and Hades had to agree,
Persephone had to be set free.
So during Demeter and Hades bind,
The Earth was bless with food for all mankind.
