I Want To...

• Description: I wrote this poem because today just wasn't a good day. I felt furious and frustrated. I won't tell the cause of this, but it was pretty bad. I can't describe it too well, but the poem gives a general idea.

I want to scream until my tongue falls off
I want to shrink into the shadows and disappear forever
I want to rip my heart out and step on it a million times
I want to tear up every last emotion I can feel
I want to stab and watch as blood spurts out like a fountain
I want to cry out until I know nothing about sadness
I want to claw at the gates of heaven, begging to die young
I want to burn every smile and shatter any laughter
I want to...I just want to...end the pain
