A Lucario's poem of loyalty

Though you hated me when we first met,
Running away and ignoring me,
I never left your side.

During that battle when you where in trouble,
Cornered by that evil man,
I fought hard because,
I would never leave your side.

And though you met another person,
And out of anger, out of jealously, I finally
Left you, without a Pokemon, without a close friend.

But when I returned once again,
When I finally had the chance to apologize,
I knew that though once, just once
I had left your side,
But I would never leave you again.

And here and now,
Curled up for the night,
I reach out one paw to rest on your shoulder,
To comfort you,
To reassure you

That I will never leave your side,
And I know you will never leave mine, my dear Trainer, my dear friend.
