• Feeling like there's not much else I can do,
I let that oppertunity slip through my fingers.
There I was wishing I was with you,
    Oh how this emotion lingers.
I see a shadow pass in the distance,
and my heart excites in an instance.
    Did you notice me here?
Standing, crying, and broken and in fear.
Help me, change me, save me.
Open my eyes so I can see.

    Waiting, wishing, crying.
Slowly I turned back, thinking it was only a vision,
A sharp pain shot through my heart with absolute percision.
    Dying, bleeding, screaming.
I dropped to the floor, blood streaming.
    I cried out in pain,
    This burning feelng was insane.

    Stopping, trying, failing.
    My voice began trailing.
I watched as the blood drianed,
    unable to move, muscels strained.
    A blue light appeared,
Could it be, the end I feared?

    Hoping, guiding, breathing.
Here it was my end's metting.
I braced myself for the worst,
If my heart beat faster I knew it would burst.
A hand firmly grasped my shoulder,
    The room felt slightly colder.

    Freezing, clinging, leaving.
The day became as black as evening.
I awoke later to find my wound had healed,
The moonlight, your eyes, they all revealed.
    You saved my life,
When I needed you in this time of strife.

    Living, striving, reviving.
The frozen rose that stood there was so reminding.
I looked into your eyes once more,
Those eyes that soothed me to the core.
I knew you'd always be in my heart,
    and we'd never be apart
