they search everywhere for me, except

waiting
they search for me no more, although people come by once in a while
yet they do not look

learning
one day a child wonders into the shadows
she shreiks and runs away when she sees me

thanks! it's definatly not me in the shadows.you're partially right on what's in the shadows, it is a person but what kind of person....(i never put the last words on 'cause they reveal what's in the shadows ^_^)

a really mysterious and interrestig poem. At least it sounds like the person in the shadows is really lonly. So I hope you are not that person. ^^
But in some kind it remember me on my time in school....hiden in the shadows of the walls, watching, waiting, learning. But at least no child runs away from me. XD
