    They say "Broken hearts can mend,"
    Others say "Love will last through any endeavor,"
    We say "If you love somebody, love them 'till the end."

    But what if your significant other stops caring?
    What if you're confused, doubtful, sad?
    What happens when they won't tell you the pain they're bearing?
    And why, when you see him, is he always so mad?

    These are the scars,
    I've gained from my "love."
    They're what words that a "martyr" carved,
    And much more than a punch and a shove.

    Why did he suddenly become so distant,
    And why did it seem all he wanted was my body?
    I should have know when he got so pissed and
    Annoyed at something that didn't even relate to me.

    I think I'll never know the answers, my doubt will go on,
    He'll never know how much his idiocy hurt me.
    Because they say "The love will never be gone!"
    Well, I say, "Live a day in my life and you'll see,
    That love was ended like a dropped bomb."
