• I waited for the day you would say hi
    When that day came I was sitting at the beach staring at the waves
    You sat next me and said "Hi love."
    I turned my head so you couldnt see the blood rise in my cheeks
    You placed your hand on my cheek and turned my head
    "Go out with me?"
    I could nearly breathe
    I said almost to desperately
    "Of course"
    We went to the movies
    We ate at a cafe untill one day
    You walked over to me and said, "We need to talk."
    I could tell what was coming so i ran for the park
    My one place of sancturary
    I sat in my spot and cried for hours
    That was yesterday
    And I am still so sad...
