• Well you see all these slick politicians say we need to bomb another nation
    O and they always tell us that god is with us and we are right
    They say be faithful and remember that good ol’ Jesus
    Well they can tell us all there propaganda but I have a single question for them
    “Who would Jesus slaughter?”
    Well I don’t think Jesus would hang Saddam
    And I don’t think he would sell landmines
    But maybe he would kill all Afghans in some kind of vengeful will
    Maybe he would turn on his electric chair
    Maybe he would destroy cites to show his word is true
    But I don’t think Jesus would fly those planes the dropped napalm in Nam
    I don’t think he would make tanks
    Or invent more ways to kill
    So I ask again as you glimpse at our so called salvation
    Who would Jesus slaughter?
    Maybe he bomb the Arabians cuz there not Jews like him
    Maybe he would send gunships to patrol a market
    And of course he would organize those prejudice roadblocks
    But I don’t think Jesus loan money to dictators
    Or let these corporations
    I’ve herd you on that hill speaking of all the people you have to kill
    And how you have the higher moral ground
    All cuz god loves you
    And maybe you are right
    Maybe Jesus would have no compation for his enemies all the way over there
    But I don’t think Jesus was the son of god so how do I know
